Shipping times aren't the same as processing order time frame. You can view your estimated ship date on the “shipping updates” tab or on your order confirmation. Turn Around Time Does Not include shipping time, weekends, or holidays(both America and China!). Turn around time does not include shipping time. Turn Around time for ready to ship items are 5-7 business days unless stated otherwise. 


​All items are handcrafted and may vary slightly from listing photos. These pieces are unique and one of a kind. We ensure each and every item is made to the highest standards. We have quality checks every step of the way to ensure only the highest quality items are sent out. We do use varying sizing, this information is typically listed in the description for transparency. We do offer a few different GSM options and fabric counts. Tulle on the tulle dresses may not be an exact match to the mock-up as the tulle is only available in a limited amount of colors and cannot be printed. 


No exchanges or returns are accepted from Three Babes Boutique. All items are made to order. If a defect/error is made, these are handled on a case by case basis. Any issues must be presented to us within 3 days of delivery. Defective/Damaged Items will only be eligible for exchange or return if they are in unworn, unused condition, and in original packaging free from odors and pet hair. If an item is returned and does not meet these conditions the return/exchange will be void and items will be returned to buyer once label is provided. This also includes if we allow a return on a  item due to a defect or error. if you go passed the 3 days, I can no longer accept the returned items or assist with any issues. All items that are deemed eligible for return/exchange must be returned prior at the buyer’s expense. Shipping will not be refunded. We do not accept returns for size discrepancies. Please clarify your size with size chart. Clearance items cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled. These are final sale. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged to any returns/cancellations that are not defective. 

If selected, orders with SEEL added on at checkout will be eligible for fast and easy returns (no exchanges). You can view their eligibility requirements on their website


If selected, orders with Route added on at checkout will be covered in the event of damage in transit, lost or stolen packages. 3BB will be unable to assist unless this is added on at checkout with any of these issues. 




once your order is placed we do not cancel/edit orders so please make sure you are 100% wanting your items and that they are correct before placing your order.  If you need an item by a certain time, please email me at before placing your order to ensure we can create and deliver that item in the timeframe you need it. Any order cancellations will be charged a 20% restocking fee.


If your purchase arrives damaged or inaccurate items, please send me an email to within 3 days. After 3 days we will no longer be able to assist. Make sure to include your order number when contacting for the fastest reply. We do not reply outside of business hours. 


We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by the carrier. We encourage all buyers to add route insurance protection which covers any shipping related issues. If this is not added we will be unable to assist. 


Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. Three Babes Boutique is not responsible for packages that are non deliverable due to incorrect shipping addresses. If returned the buyer must repay shipping to have it shipped again or forfeit their items.

🌸 What is order turn around time? You can view shipping estimates in the title of the product or in the dates shown at checkout. Ready to ship (COMING SOON) will have a 5-7 business day turn around time. Turn around time does NOT include transit/shipping times. Usually packages go out 24 hours after label is created, but we ask you allow 3 business days for the first scan.

🌸 What is the GSM on your bamboo? We use 210 or 220 GSM in all of our bamboo. We’ve found this is the preferred thickness by our customers, and the best for quality. If an item has a different GSM it will be stated in the product description.

🌸 What is the material? Material content will be in the listing description on our website. Typically we use 95% bamboo 5% spandex OR 94% bamboo 6% spandex.

🌸 Will the placement/scale be the same as the mock-up? Placement will vary by cut, scale will be the same. Prints may not match up by seams.

🌸 Will the zipper be a 2 way zipper? Will zipper match? yes all of our rompers come with a 2 way zipper. Our zippers come in various colors, we do our best to pick one that matches best.

🌸 What color will the drawstrings be on the pants? Are the drawstrings functional? Drawstrings will match trim color. Our drawstrings are functional.

🌸 What is your return/refund policy? We do not accept returns or refunds unless an item is damaged or defective. Items are ineligible for a return or refund if they have been worn or washed. If an item is damaged or defective, please email us within 3 days for a resolution. These are handled on a case by case basis. If SEEL is selected at checkout, items are eligible for return for 7 days for any reason other than defects/damage. This includes changed mind, fit/sizing, and no longer needed items. These are handled by SEEL and 3BB is not able to assist with these outside of helping explain the return process. Returns to SEEL are not to be returned to 3BB. There is a separate return address for SEEL that is provided upon opening a return request. Returns must be sent in original packaging within 7 days of a return label being sent or the refund is void. If an item is returned in an unapproved condition, refund will be void.

🌸 Can I change/cancel my order? Due to our fulfillment processes we cannot change, cancel or edit orders once they are placed. Please verify your order is correct before checking out.

🌸 Are preorders guaranteed? We back all of our preorders for order fulfillment. If a delay/issue is to occur each customer would be reached out to directly for a resolution. We’ve had hundreds of orders placed and fulfilled, and have received rave reviews on our products.

🌸 Are you accepting custom prints? We do offer customs. These are limited.

🌸 Do you have a referral program? At this time our referral program is only for our reps. Our rep search is currently closed, but check back soon for updates.

🌸 What is the best way to contact 3BB? All order inquiries can be emailed to us at or you may hit the chat with us button on our website. We ask that all order inquiries be sent to either of these methods of contact for the fastest response. Messages about orders sent to reps or admins will be forwarded to either of these contact methods. This is so we can ensure a timely and accurate response. We do our best to reply quickly when inside business hours of Monday thru Friday 9-5PM EST. Please allow up to 3 business day for a response before reaching out via another platform.

🌸 Will you have a BST thread for 3BB items to be resold? Yes! A BST thread is in the albums. Buy/sell at your own risk. 3BB is not responsible for any BST transactions.
